Healthcare Dietary Cook

You will follow standardized recipes, special diet guidelines, and strict food safety and sanitation standards while operating and cleaning kitchen equipment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and healthcare dietary guidelines
• Follow special diets, texture modifications, and allergen requirements for residents and patients
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment safely and correctly
• Assist with menu execution, portion control, and plate presentation
• Label, store, and rotate food to ensure quality and minimize waste
• Collaborate with dietary, nursing, and support staff to meet resident needs
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and comply with regulatory inspections
• Support training of new team members as needed
