Graphics Technician Intern

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Graphics Technician Intern to support packaging graphics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll assist in preparing and troubleshooting artwork for corrugated packaging, folding cartons, and labels, ensuring files are press-ready and aligned with customer and plant specifications. Working closely with design and production teams, you'll learn prepress workflows, color and image adjustments, proofing, and file management. Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, editing, and formatting artwork and graphics for corrugated packaging and related paperboard products
• Convert customer design files into press-ready formats following plant standards and specifications
• Perform basic color corrections, image adjustments, and file troubleshooting with guidance from senior staff
• Maintain organized digital file archives and accurate production documentation
• Collaborate with production, design, and sales teams to ensure graphics meet quality, branding, and manufacturability requirements
• Support prepress proofing, plate layout checks, and quality reviews for print accuracy
• Follow all safety, quality, and data integrity procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Participate in training to learn packaging graphics, print processes, and sustainability standards
