We're looking for a lawyer who loves to litigate and try cases from inception to conclusion.

From day one, you'll run your own cases — drafting complaints and briefs, taking depositions, arguing hearings, attending mediations, and trying arbitrations in data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, and consumer protection disputes. Real responsibility. No meaningless busy work.

✅ REQUIRED

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Federal court litigation experience
• California bar license

⭐ PREFERRED

• Class action experience
• Data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection litigation experience
• FINRA, AAA, or JAMS arbitration experience
• Plaintiff-side experience, big law background, or federal clerkship

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Litigate federal-court class actions and consumer arbitrations from start to finish
• Litigate cutting-edge data privacy, cryptocurrency, securities, banking, or consumer protection cases
• Handle hearings, depositions, and mediations
