Must Have
3+ years leading large-scale Workday implementations / module rollouts
Strong Workday Finance + HCM/HR experience
Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning
2+ years managing data migrations / system integrations / affiliate rollouts
3+ years managing VP/C-suite executive stakeholders
Strong cross-functional team leadership in a matrix environment
2+ years Healthcare / Hospital / Clinical Technology experience
Strong project scope, budget, resource, vendor, risk & dependency management
Experience working with data privacy and security requirements
5+ years of Technical Project / Program Management experience
Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred/required per experience path
