Senior Living Dining Server

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a part-time Dining Server to provide friendly, attentive meal service for residents in our vibrant senior living community. You'll greet residents, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room that reflects our hospitality-focused culture. Working closely with care and culinary teams, you'll support special diets, follow food safety standards, and help create a warm, engaging experience at every meal. This role is ideal for someone compassionate, team-oriented, and eager to make a daily impact in seniors' lives while gaining valuable hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and provide attentive table service during meals
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, including special diet needs
• Set up, bus, and reset tables to maintain a clean, welcoming dining room
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines
• Coordinate with culinary and care teams to support resident needs and preferences
• Assist with room trays, special events, and catered functions as needed
• Operate POS or ordering systems as directed
• Restock supplies and maintain organization in service and kitchen support areas
• Report resident concerns or changes in condition to appropriate team members
• Uphold Brightview's resident-first, hospitality-focused service standards
