Dental Hygienist

Mosaic Dental - Eagan Valley seeks a caring Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care in our family-focused practice. In this role, you will perform comprehensive cleanings, periodontal assessments, digital X-rays, and patient education while supporting our patient-centered, comfort-driven philosophy. You'll use modern technology and strict infection control protocols, collaborate closely with our dentists and team, and build long-term relationships with patients. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive treatments.
• Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings for all hygiene patients.
• Take and interpret digital radiographs in accordance with clinical and safety guidelines.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes in the electronic dental record system.
• Strictly follow infection control, sterilization, and OSHA protocols.
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Support a positive, patient-centered experience focused on comfort and long-term relationships.
