Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - Aspen

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the Moncler Aspen store during peak business periods. This role helps deliver an elevated client experience while assisting with product flow, replenishment, store organization, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Assist with replenishment, receiving, unpacking, go-backs, inventory activities, and product movement between the sales floor and back of house.
• Maintain an organized store and back of house while supporting visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible, reliable support to the team and follow company procedures and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Client-focused, professional, team-oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to learn product knowledge and store procedures quickly.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days throughout the seasonal employment period.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
