Restaurant Host / Hostess

Fricker's USA, LLC is seeking a Part Time Greeter to welcome guests and set the tone for a fun, energetic sports bar experience. In this front-of-house role, you'll greet guests with a smile, manage the wait list and seating rotation, and guide parties to their tables efficiently. You'll answer basic questions about our menu, specials, and events while keeping the entrance, lobby, and host stand clean and organized. Working closely with servers, bartenders, and managers, you'll help ensure fast, friendly service, especially during big games and peak times, reflecting Fricker's team-focused, community-minded culture.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests on arrival and departure
• Manage wait list and seating rotation to support servers
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus
• Communicate guest needs and special requests to staff
• Answer basic questions about menu, specials, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of entry and lobby areas
• Assist with line control during busy events and games
• Support host and serving team with light side work
• Follow safety, alcohol awareness, and sanitation guidelines
• Represent Fricker's culture with a fun, team-oriented attitude
