Convenience Store Customer Service Associate

Join Wawa, Inc. as a Customer Service Associate and help deliver fast, friendly service in a clean, welcoming store environment. You'll prepare and serve fresh food and beverages, restock shelves, and maintain store and foodservice cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and mobile transactions accurately
• Assist customers with fuel, food, beverage, and merchandise purchases
• Prepare and serve fresh food and beverages following food safety standards
• Restock shelves, coolers, and supplies to maintain product availability
• Maintain cleanliness of store, foodservice areas, and restrooms
• Follow company procedures for safety, security, and loss prevention
• Support inventory, merchandising, and promotional displays
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests promptly
