Service Advisor

McMahon's Best-One Tire in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Service Advisor to be the trusted link between customers and our technicians. In this on-site role, you'll greet drivers, listen to their concerns, and translate their needs into accurate tire and auto service recommendations. You'll prepare estimates, explain options and pricing, and coordinate with our shop team to schedule and track work. You'll review inspections, secure approvals, and keep customers updated through completion.
