Foster Care Caseworker

HopeTree Family Services seeks a Foster Care Case Worker to provide trauma-informed, person-centered support to children, youth, and families in foster care. This role includes managing a caseload, conducting home visits, developing service plans, and coordinating with schools, courts, and community providers. You will support and coach foster parents, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in team meetings and crisis response. Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management to children and youth in foster care
• Conduct home visits and safety assessments for foster and biological families
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service and treatment plans
• Coordinate services with schools, therapists, courts, and community partners
• Advocate for children's needs in team meetings and court-related settings
• Support, coach, and train foster parents in trauma-informed parenting
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and case records
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to crises as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training
