Your Responsibilities

• Project Cost Control Manage budgets and ensure profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contract Management Review, negotiate, and administer contracts to mitigate financial risks.
• Financial Forecasting Provide detailed cost estimates and monitor project cash flow.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong relationships and negotiate cost-effective solutions.
• Change & Variation Management Assess financial impact and adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Project Completion Oversight Prepare final accounts and ensure all costs are accounted for.
