Sales Consultant

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business in professional, scientific, and technical services. You will prospect, qualify, and close small and midsize businesses on TriNet's PEO and HR solutions, including payroll, benefits, risk mitigation, and HR technology. Partner closely with marketing and account teams to run consultative sales cycles, deliver compelling demos, build C level relationships, and meet or exceed revenue targets. This role thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven, collaborative culture focused on innovation and client success.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify small and midsize business leads in target markets
• Conduct consultative discovery meetings to assess HR, payroll, and benefits needs
• Deliver product demos and sales presentations to key decision-makers
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and accurate forecasts in CRMNegotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts to close new business
• Collaborate with marketing and internal specialists to tailor HR and PEO solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets
• Maintain strong industry, compliance, and product knowledge to advise clients
