OTR CDL-A Company Driver

Turquoise Trucking is seeking professional OTR CDL-A Company Drivers to haul dry van and refrigerated freight across the U.S. Using a modern, well-maintained fleet and advanced tracking, you'll run long-haul routes focused on safe, on-time delivery. Responsibilities include conducting thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, managing ELD logs and trip paperwork, communicating closely with dispatch, and following all DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities

• Operate OTR CDL-A tractor-trailers hauling dry van and refrigerated freight nationwide
• Ensure safe, compliant driving in accordance with DOT and company regulations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues
• Manage electronic logs, trip paperwork, and load documentation accurately
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and support teams for efficient routing
• Adhere to on-time pickup and delivery schedules while managing hours of service
• Safely secure and protect freight to prevent damage in transit
• Practice defensive driving and follow all traffic laws and safety policies
• Maintain clean, professional equipment and represent the company positively
• Collaborate with operations on route planning, delays, and problem resolution
