Fire Protection Project Manager II

Johnson Controls seeks a Fire Project Manager to lead fire and life-safety projects for manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of fire protection projects from planning through commissioning within manufacturing environments
• Manage project scope, budget, schedules, and resource allocation to meet customer and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams to ensure code-compliant fire and life-safety solutions
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing status updates, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory codes, and Johnson Controls quality processes
• Prepare and review technical submittals, drawings, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project risks, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement in execution
• Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast workload, support bids, and identify growth opportunities
