Essex Home Health is hiring a Part‑Time LPN to provide focused home‑health visits.

Key Duties

• Complete home‑health nursing visits ($27 per visit )
  
• Perform assessments, vitals, medication teaching
  
• Provide disease‑management education
  
• Document visits accurately
  

Requirements

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
  
• Home‑health experience preferred
  
• Strong patient‑education and communication skills
  
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
