Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for our Energy - Fuel - Propane Department to join our team in Gillette, WY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of propane and fuel operations, including inventory management, budgeting, ordering, contract administration, customer service, and staff supervision. Wage depending on experience. Benefits-Health, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of propane fuel supply and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability.
• Develop and manage budgets related to propane fuel operations.
• Place and track orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing fuel and propane operations.
• Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, and order management.
• Experience with contract negotiation and administration.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to propane handling.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• CDL with Hazmat required.
