Quick-Service Restaurant Team Member

Trigg Enterprises LLC, a Bojangles franchise operator, is hiring Bojangles Team Members in Jonesborough. In this fast-paced quick-service environment, you'll greet guests, take orders, handle cash and POS transactions, prepare and assemble chicken, biscuits, and sides, and keep the dining and kitchen areas clean and stocked. You'll follow food safety and company procedures, support drive-thru operations, and work closely with teammates to deliver fast, friendly service. This role offers hands-on restaurant experience, flexible shifts, and opportunities to grow into trainer or management positions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Take customer orders in-store and at the drive-thru using POS systems
• Handle cash, cards, and receipts accurately and securely
• Prepare and assemble chicken, biscuits, sides, and beverages to Bojangles standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
• Restock supplies and maintain clean dining, kitchen, and restroom areas
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and service goals
• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Support opening or closing duties as assigned
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates about guest needs
