You will provide responsive technical support, administer user accounts and devices, maintain Microsoft 365 and network services, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You'll document solutions, manage IT assets, support onboarding, and help strengthen security and backup practices. Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, devices, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Maintain and troubleshoot workstation, server, and network systems.
- Configure and manage endpoints, software, and IT equipment.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account and device setup.
- Apply security, access-control, backup, and recovery procedures.
- Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
