• Dates of Coverage: Starting as soon as credentialed for weekend coverage.
• Reason for Coverage: Down to 2 surgeons, will need a locums for some weekend help
• Practice Setting: hospital based/ rounding
• Call Ratio: as needed 1:3
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: varies - very few on weekends
• Trauma Level/Designation: II
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Description of Ancillary Staff: APP rounding, Surgical PA
• Patient Age Demographic: Adult / Geriatric
• Scope of Services Required: Adult Cardiac Surgery, General Thoracic Surgery
• Aortic Surgery Procedures Required: varies on aorta
• Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery Procedures Required: CABG
• Procedures Required : Pericardial Window, Tube Thoracostomy, Thoracic aortic aneurysms
• Facility will Reimburse Flight and Hotel
