In this role, you'll prospect and build your client base, list and market residential and commercial properties, conduct showings, prepare and negotiate offers, and guide clients through inspections and closing. Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of buyer and seller leads
• List residential and commercial properties and advise on pricing and strategy
• Market listings using MLS, online platforms, and brokerage marketing tools
• Schedule and host showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Prepare, present, and negotiate offers, counteroffers, and addenda
• Guide clients through inspections, appraisals, financing milestones, and closing
• Stay current on local market trends, inventory, and pricing dynamics
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies
• Leverage CRM and brokerage technology to manage transactions and communication
• Collaborate with brokerage team, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
