Senior Operations Support Associate

Support credit union accuracy, compliance and risk mitigation by auditing membership, loan, IRA and account maintenance activities. Track audit findings, manage title perfection and lien releases for consumer loans, complete operational reports, and process online memberships and address changes.

Responsibilities

• Audit membership, loan, dormant account, supervisor override and IRA transactions and documentation.
• Identify, track and report audit findings, errors and exceptions.
• Perfect liens on consumer collateral loan titles within 60 days of closing.
• Release liens on titles after loans are paid off.
• Complete assigned branch and operational reports within required timelines.
• Process online memberships, follow up on requests and handle online address changes.
