Residential Services Supervisor

As a Residential Supervisor at Sevita in our Community & Social Services department, you will oversee daily operations in home and community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with diverse needs. You'll lead, coach, and schedule direct support staff, coordinate individualized service plans, monitor health and safety, and ensure compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of residential services and community programs
• Lead, train, and schedule direct support staff to ensure quality care
• Implement and monitor individualized service and care plans
• Ensure health, safety, and risk management standards are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, case managers, and families
• Support individuals with behavioral, medical, or developmental needs
• Promote a person-centered, inclusive, and empowering environment
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed
• Support continuous improvement and staff development initiatives
