Industrial Fan Assembler

Assemble heavy-duty industrial fans and components using hand and power tools. Read drawings and work orders, balance rotors, perform fit checks and adjustments, inspect and package finished units, and follow workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial fan blades and components using hand and power tools.
• Follow assembly drawings, torque and alignment specifications, and work orders.
• Balance rotors, perform fit checks, and make minor adjustments to meet tolerances.
• Inspect finished assemblies and document issues.
• Package completed units for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE and safety procedures.
