Area Recruitment Specialist

Support full-cycle recruiting across assigned markets by sourcing and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and building community partnerships. Represent the company at hiring events, track recruiting workflows and metrics, and collaborate with recruiters and operational leaders to strengthen candidate pipelines and meet staffing goals. This hybrid role requires regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, orientation, and onboarding activities.
• Build relationships with community organizations and workforce development partners.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community functions.
• Monitor background screenings, candidate workflows, recruiting metrics, and OPR accuracy.
• Analyze recruiting trends and support strategies to improve applicant flow and candidate conversion.
