Site Security Manager

Securitas seeks a Site Security Manager to lead on-site protective services for a key client. In this role you will oversee security officers, staffing, and post orders; manage access control, patrols, and emergency response; and ensure a safe environment for people, property, and assets. You will conduct risk assessments, review incidents, and maintain accurate reporting while partnering closely with client leadership. This position requires strong leadership, customer-service focus, and commitment to Securitas values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site security operations for assigned client location(s)
• Supervise, schedule, and train security officers to meet Securitas and client standards
• Develop and enforce post orders, access control, and emergency response procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations
• Maintain accurate incident, activity, and compliance reports
• Coordinate closely with client representatives on security expectations and service quality
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company policies
• Support implementation of electronic security and monitoring systems
• Coach staff on customer service and professional conduct
• Respond to and manage security or safety incidents in real time
