Housekeeping Supervisor - Resort Hospitality

MasterCorp is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead resort housekeeping teams delivering clean, guest-ready rooms and common areas. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will oversee daily floor operations, assign tasks, inspect rooms for quality, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will train and coach housekeepers, coordinate with maintenance and front desk on room status, and support a culture of accountability, respect, and service excellence. This position offers growth potential within hospitality and exposure to leading vacation destinations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
• Inspect rooms and common spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
• Train, coach, and support housekeepers on procedures and safety
• Create and adjust staff schedules based on occupancy and workload
• Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and linens
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk on room status and issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
• Resolve guest concerns related to housekeeping service
• Report performance, issues, and improvement needs to management
• Support onboarding of new team members and promote a positive team culture
