Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader

ABC Supply is seeking a Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee daily grounds maintenance for our facilities and customer sites. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small crew performing mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, leaf removal, and basic landscape care while ensuring safe, efficient operations. You'll plan work routes, inspect equipment, train new crew members, and uphold company safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has prior commercial lawn or groundskeeping experience, strong leadership skills, a clean driving record, and can work outdoors in all weather while meeting customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a commercial lawn maintenance crew on daily assignments
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general groundskeeping
• Plan routes and schedules to meet customer and site requirements
• Inspect, operate, and perform basic maintenance on lawn equipment
• Train and mentor crew members on safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and use of PPECommunicate with supervisors on project status and site issues
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, tools, and work areas
• Monitor site conditions and report repair or landscaping needs
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service at all times
