Love beauty, love selling, and love sharing what you know? Headkount is looking for experienced beauty pros to represent top brands inside major beauty retailers in your area.

The Role

• Part-time W-2 position
• Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
• Scheduled at beauty retail locations across your market area
• Weekend availability required

What You'll Do

• Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
• Train store teams on product knowledge and selling strategies
• Host and take part in brand events
• Keep merchandising looking sharp and on-brand
• Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app

You Bring

• 2+ years of experience with a beauty brand or retailer
• A strong beauty selling and education background
• Experience hosting beauty events
• A confident, professional, team-player attitude
• The drive to work independently
• A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
• Reliable transportation to stores across the market
