Dining Server - Senior Living

As a Dining Server at Brightview Senior Living, you'll create a warm, restaurant-style experience for our residents within a healthcare-focused community. You will welcome residents, take and serve food and beverage orders, support specialized diets, and maintain a clean, safe dining room that reflects our hospitality standards. Working closely with kitchen and care teams, you'll ensure meals are timely, accurate, and respectful of each resident's preferences and needs. In our resident-first, team-oriented culture, you'll receive training, support, and growth opportunities while making a meaningful daily impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents during meal periods
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, following special diets and allergies
• Set, clear, and reset dining areas to Brightview standards
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate meal delivery
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
• Assist residents courteously, including those with mobility or cognitive challenges
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
• Contribute to a team-oriented, resident-first culture
