Senior Manager, Strategic Venue Planning

Lead capital investment projects, premium service activations and consumer-facing technology initiatives that improve food and beverage experiences at sports and entertainment venues. Manage projects from strategic planning and client approval through design coordination, implementation and go-live support, partnering with clients, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital investment, premium service activation and consumer-facing technology projects at sports and entertainment venues.
• Manage projects through strategic direction, client buy-in, oversight, implementation and go-live support.
• Develop data-driven use cases and prepare compelling presentations.
• Coordinate design consultation with creative firms, architecture firms and general contractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and owners' representatives.
• Facilitate internal design processes with IT, data science, business development, culinary, finance and operations teams.
