CDL A Delivery Driver

Performance Food Group is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to safely transport food and related products to restaurants, schools, healthcare, and retail customers in the Springfield West area. In this fast-paced wholesale distribution role, you'll load, unload, and deliver orders, verify accuracy, collect signatures, and provide friendly, professional service. You'll perform pre/post-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety standards, and support a performance-driven, team-oriented culture with opportunities to learn logistics and advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial delivery truck on assigned routes in the Springfield West area
• Load, unload, and deliver food and related products to customer locations
• Verify orders against invoices and obtain required signatures and documentation
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Comply with DOT, safety, and company driving regulations and policies
• Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required paperwork
• Support a safety-first, team-oriented, performance-driven work culture
