Principal Defense Program Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of complex, multi-year defense manufacturing programs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet contract and customer requirements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues in a regulated environment
• Ensure compliance with defense, security, and quality standards and documentation requirements
• Serve as primary interface for internal and external stakeholders, including global partners
• Drive continuous improvement, leveraging data and Lean practices to optimize delivery
• Prepare and deliver clear status reports, metrics, and executive updates
