Cultural Resources Specialist

Join J-U-B Engineers' Environmental Services Group to identify and evaluate cultural resources for planning and engineering projects. Conduct archaeological investigations, support regulatory compliance under NEPA and Section 106, prepare technical reports, and help clients avoid or minimize impacts to historic and cultural sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and oversee archaeological assessments under the direction of the Principal Investigator.
• Represent the firm in meetings with clients, agencies, Tribal governments, and organizations.
• Conduct NEPA analysis and author cultural resource reports and related document sections.
• Help clients meet federal, state, Tribal, and local cultural resource compliance requirements.
• Prepare cultural resource investigations, reports, and related regulatory compliance services.
• Assist with Section 4(f) documentation and project management from planning through completion.
