Class A Cross-Border Tanker Truck Driver - Environmental Services

Clean Harbors seeks a Class A Cross Border Tanker Driver to support its environmental and industrial services across North America. In this role, you will operate Class A tanker trucks on cross-border routes, safely transporting materials while upholding strict DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards. You will perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, manage documentation and electronic logs, and follow hazardous materials and environmental handling procedures. As part of a safety-first, team-oriented culture, you'll contribute directly to environmentally responsible operations and long-term sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tanker trucks on cross-border routes to transport materials safely and on schedule.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and cross-border regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required logs and documentation.
• Handle and secure tanker loads in compliance with hazardous materials and environmental rules.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate routes, schedules, and deliveries.
• Respond appropriately to minor incidents, following emergency and spill response procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
