Assistant Meat Department Manager

Lowes Foods is seeking an Assistant Beef Shoppe Manager in Raleigh, NC, to help lead a distinctive fresh-food department and create memorable guest experiences. Support the Beef Shoppe Manager with daily operations, team direction, merchandising, inventory, product freshness, and food safety. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help present quality meats and local products in an inviting, well-stocked department. Collaborate with store hosts to maintain cleanliness, meet sales goals, and deliver the Southern hospitality Lowes Foods is known for. Responsibilities

• Assist the Beef Shoppe Manager with daily department operations.

• Monitor inventory, replenishment, product rotation, and freshness.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and department cleanliness standards.
• Support sales goals and loss-prevention practices.
• Promote local products and a welcoming shopping experience.
