Sr. Operational Technology Systems Administrator

Constellation Energy seeks a Sr. Operational Technology Systems Administrator to manage and secure OT systems that support energy generation and delivery. In this role you will administer critical control systems, SCADA and related networks, implement cybersecurity and patching, and ensure high availability and compliance in a regulated utility environment. You'll partner with operations, engineering, and security teams to design resilient solutions, respond to incidents, and support upgrades. Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain operational technology (OT) systems supporting power generation and grid operations
• Monitor OT network performance, reliability, and security, responding to incidents and outages
• Implement and maintain patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures for OT assets
• Collaborate with engineering, plant operations, and IT security teams on system upgrades and integrations
• Harden OT environments following cybersecurity best practices and NERC/CIP or similar standards
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and asset inventories for OT systems
• Support deployment, testing, and validation of new OT platforms and automation tools
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and on-call escalation for critical OT infrastructure
• Assist with compliance audits, risk assessments, and remediation plans
• Train operations staff on OT system use, changes, and procedures
