Responsibilities

• Prospect for new buyer and seller clients through networking, referrals, and marketing
• Conduct listing presentations and secure listing agreements for residential and land properties
• Show properties, schedule tours, and provide market insight to prospective buyers
• Prepare comparative market analyses (CMAs) to advise on pricing and offer strategy
• Draft, present, and negotiate purchase and listing agreements and related addenda
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, and other transaction milestones through closing
• Maintain accurate client records, pipeline, and tasks in CRM and MLS systems
• Collaborate with brokerage leadership and peers to share market knowledge and best practices
• Stay current on local market trends, contracts, and North Carolina real estate regulations
• Represent the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Foothills brand with integrity in the community
