Premier Client Banker, Wealth Management

Develop and manage relationships with mass affluent clients by identifying financial needs, generating new business, and deepening existing relationships. Coordinate with financial advisors and other partners to deliver tailored banking and investment solutions, while providing responsive service and managing portfolio risk.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, serve, and retain mass affluent clients through proactive outreach and client appointments.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking and financial wellness solutions.
• Generate leads and convert sales opportunities to grow revenue and client relationships.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and internal and external partners to deliver advice and planning.
• Manage client portfolios, assess risk, and support profitability goals.
• Maintain client records, relationship reviews, and required sales administration processes.
