X-Ray & CT Technologist - Hospital Imaging

Adventist Health is seeking an X-Ray & Computed Tomography Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging in a faith-based, mission-driven environment. In this full-time variable shift role, you will conduct X-ray and CT exams, ensure accurate patient positioning, follow radiation safety standards, and collaborate closely with radiologists and the care team. You'll support whole-person care with compassion and professionalism while documenting exams, maintaining equipment, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality X-ray and CT scans per physician orders
• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure comfort and safety
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment following radiation safety standards
• Review images for diagnostic quality and coordinate with radiologists
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and supplies in readiness
• Follow infection control, regulatory, and hospital policies
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team to support whole-person care
