Director, Early Childhood & Elementary School Programs

KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Saint Peter Catholic School to lead daily operations and educational programs. You will oversee staff, ensure a safe, faith-aligned, and inclusive environment, and partner with families and parish leaders. Responsibilities include staff coaching, enrollment growth, budgeting, and compliance with state and diocesan standards. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Saint Peter Catholic School in alignment with Kinder
• Care standards and school policies
• Supervise, coach, and develop teachers and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and care
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children and families
• Partner with families, parish, and community to support enrollment and engagement
• Oversee curriculum implementation and classroom quality for early childhood and elementary programs
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with state, diocesan, and accreditation requirements
• Monitor child progress and support intervention strategies where needed
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing staff
