Manheim Mobile Vehicle Condition Inspector

Conduct on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients in an assigned territory. Document vehicle condition and identification details accurately, perform basic mechanical checks, and safely move vehicles. Build dealer relationships, submit activity reports, and follow inspection and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections according to Manheim standards and document exterior, interior, and mechanical condition.
• Verify VIN, mileage, vehicle series, options, and related details in inspection systems.
• Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer lots.
• Engage dealer clients, explain mobile inspection services, and encourage participation.
• Prepare daily activity and production reports and use Salesforce for lead and client tracking.
• Follow safety procedures, inspection standards, and the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.
