Geriatric Registered Nurse

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Clinical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, faith-based care to seniors across our continuum of services. In this role, you'll perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and develop person-centered care plans that promote dignity, safety, and optimal outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, residents, and families, ensuring clear communication and accurate EHR documentation. Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, person-centered nursing care to senior residents across levels of care
• Perform ongoing assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments per provider orders
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans focused on quality outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to support care goals
• Monitor changes in condition and respond promptly to prevent complications
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
• Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all care activities
• Support and mentor CNAs and other team members to promote best practices
• Contribute to a faith-based, mission-driven environment of compassion, dignity, and respect
