Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end R&D software projects involving chemical modeling and simulation workflows
- Design and validate computational experiments to test new product features and algorithms
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate chemical requirements into scalable solutions
- Analyze complex data sets, generate technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity, documentation quality, and adherence to regulatory and safety standards where applicable
- Support continuous improvement of internal tools, processes, and scientific best practices
- Mentor junior staff on analytical methods, project planning, and documentation
- Engage with clients and internal teams to define requirements and refine product roadmaps
