KinderCare is seeking a Before and After School Site Director for Museum Schools of East Dallas. Lead a welcoming, engaging program where school-age children can learn, play, and grow before and after the school day. You'll coordinate daily activities, maintain a safe and supportive environment, guide and support staff, communicate with families, and oversee attendance and program operations. Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily before- and after-school activities for school-age children.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
- Supervise, support, and coordinate program staff.
- Communicate with families about children's participation and needs.
- Track attendance and maintain program records.
- Support positive behavior and children's social and developmental growth.
- Follow applicable safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
