• Respond to guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
• Promote hotel amenities, special programs, and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of room locations, types, and all hotel services.
• Collect and analyze feedback from guests to propose improvements to the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the hotel staff and management to ensure a seamless service experience.
