Job Description

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, define technical scope and architecture, and manage timelines, budgets, and risks for enterprise clients. You'll champion Agile practices, review technical designs, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex software and IT infrastructure projects for enterprise clients
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to define scope, requirements, and technical architecture
  • Own project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress and removing delivery roadblocks
  • Apply modern project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and engineering best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Review technical designs, code, and test plans to ensure quality, performance, and security
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Mentor engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement across teams
  • Prepare and present project status, metrics, and technical updates to leadership and clients
  • Ensure solutions align with Powell Industries' standards, governance, and documentation practices
