Production Section Manager - Aerospace Manufacturing

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Section Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will manage a production section focused on complex castings and precision machining, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will plan and schedule work, lead and develop a team of operators and technicians, coordinate with engineering and quality, and drive continuous improvement using lean tools. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a manufacturing section to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize production to meet customer and program requirements
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage a team of production and technical staff
• Drive continuous improvement using lean, 5
• S, and root-cause problem solving
• Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to aerospace quality, EHS, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve issues
• Support new product introductions and process changes within the section
• Maintain accurate production, training, and compliance documentation
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence
