Intern, Integrated Business Planning

Constellation Brands is seeking an Intern, Integrated Business Planning to support end-to-end planning for its beer, wine, and spirits portfolio. In this role, you'll assist with demand, supply, and financial planning through data collection, analysis, and scenario modeling. You'll help build reports and dashboards, support forecasting and inventory decisions, and collaborate with supply chain, operations, and finance teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to planning processes in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support integrated business planning activities across demand, supply, and financial planning for Constellation Brands' beverage portfolio
• Assist with data collection, cleansing, and analysis to support forecasting, inventory, and production decisions
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize planning insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to align plans with business objectives
• Help prepare scenarios and what-if analyses to evaluate risks, opportunities, and capacity constraints
• Document planning processes, timelines, and KPIs to drive standardization and continuous improvement
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, capturing action items and following up on deliverables
• Conduct market and internal data research to support long-range planning and strategic initiatives
• Use Excel and planning/analytics tools to model demand, supply, and performance metrics
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects within the integrated business planning function
