Training and Development Specialist

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), a global Christian relief, development, and peace organization, seeks a Training and Development Specialist to strengthen staff and partner learning. In this mission-driven role, you will assess learning needs, design practical training, develop accessible materials, facilitate workshops, and evaluate program effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Assess staff and partner training needs and identify learning priorities.
• Design and develop training curricula, courses, and learning materials.
• Facilitate workshops and other professional development activities.
• Coordinate learning initiatives with colleagues and community partners.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Ensure learning resources are practical, accessible, and appropriate for cross-cultural settings.
